The project consists of a 56,000 square foot renovation of the existing campus plus a new two-story building addition to a portion of the existing Phoenix High School to accommodate additional classrooms, administration offices, common areas, and learning centers including CTE, SPED, library, arts, science lab, and counseling offices. Site/civil related improvements include the reconfiguration of the existing parking lots, a new staff parking lot, a new multi-purpose recreation field, outdoor learning areas, and a new service driveway.
